Maria established SHE DOES HAULING in 2018 as a multi-disciplinary and certified woman-minority owned business, specializing in commercial and residential Junk Removal, Hauling, Logistics and Demolition Services.
She earned her MBA from the School of Management at Eastern University and completed her undergraduate studies from Central Penn College with her BS in Business Management.
She has over 25 years of Organizational Leadership experience with several years of service as the Market Controller for iHeart Media, overseeing Human Resources, Payroll for 220 employees and Financial Operations for Eight Radio Stations and overseeing Pharmacy Benefit Plans, preparing Budgets and working with Programmers on how to adjudicate coupons at the register for Rite Aid Corporate.
Upon completion of her MBA, she entered the field of Education on Long-Term assignments facilitating in Elementary classrooms, Middle School ELA, High School Algebra and Adult Education for colleges.
As a Licensed General Contractor, she also has a Transportation Authority, serves on the Board for the National Black MBA Association as the Deputy Treasurer and is a member of the Keystone Contractors Association, the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors. and the Pennsylvania Diversity Coalition.
The transferrable skills that Maria obtained from Organizational Leadership roles and the field of Education enables her to maximize her talents with enthusiasm and to build cohesive relationships.
